As a young woman, she discovered her natural talent for training horses—a God-given gift that quickly evolved into a successful full-time career. Training young horses to become industry leaders required not only skill, but vision, consistency, and trust—qualities that continue to define her work in real estate today.
While building her career in horse training, Marty pursued higher education at West Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Business Agriculture and Economics along with a certification in Farm & Ranch Appraisals. This unique combination of hands-on experience and formal education laid the foundation for her seamless transition into real estate and appraisal, where she would go on to build a highly respected career.
After decades in the appraisal industry, Marty expanded her impact by transitioning fully into real estate sales with Keller Williams Realty.
