Marty Johnson is a credible and determined leader in the Real Estate Industry specializing in Luxury Residential, Residential and Land & Ranch. She offices in the Weatherford Texas area and resides in Fort Worth giving her a duel knowledge in both locations of the market.

Marty grew up with a passion and love for horses. As a youth, she showed horses in the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) shows in the All Around event. As a young women, Marty embodied patience and perseverance and quickly realized her God-Given gift to train horses. In high school, she landed her first horse training job and upon graduating opted to live at home and continue training while attending West Texas A&M in Canyon. There she got a degree in Business Ag and Economics with a certification in Farm & Ranch Appraisals. After college she went on to train horses full time and soon found herself in a lucrative horse training career. To Marty there were few things more rewarding than to train a young, impressionable horse and see it evolve into an industry leader.

After a successful career in horse training, she transitioned into real estate with an emphasis in appraisals and brokerage – falling back on her education and REJOICING that she would not have to resort to a desk job. She began her career as an appraiser. In this field, she gained invaluable expertise and knowledge of the housing market. With this background, she is able to help the seller net the most amount of money by comparing and analyzing sold homes and potentially listed homes in determining the maximum price to list. She is able to assist the buyer in making the wisest choice, preventing them from over paying and guaranteeing a great investment. 

After 25 years in the appraisal industry, Marty was ready for something new and transitioned to real estate through Keller Williams Realty. As part of the Land & Ranch and Luxury International Division through Keller Williams Realty, she is able to tap into a global Network that ultimately achieves a faster sell and more desired buy. In addition, Marty is proud to be part of the Lands of America Network – The No. 1 Rural Real Estate Market in the US.
